Speech is the production of sounds to produce effective vocal communication. Individuals with Speech Disorders could have a difficult time saying sounds and will often be difficulty to understand at the word, sentences, and/or conversation level. Areas which can be impacted include Fluency, Voicing, and Articulation/Phonological skills. This can make it difficult for them to engage in effective communication.
